Hello, I'm Alistair Hamilton, the owner and webmaster of BackacheInfo.me.uk.

This website is one of a series designed to give a wealth of information about common ailments and diseases. With an estimated 70% of the UK population likely to suffer from backache at sometime in their lives, the condition certainly falls into that category. Indeed, backache is the biggest cause of work absenteeism in the UK.

I wanted to create a resource that other sufferers will find as useful as I have done. I don't present things here as an endorsement of any particular article or product you may find contained within.

My aim is to provide you with as many articles and resources in one location allowing you to gather as much information about the condition as possible. This will allow you to make an informed choice as regards treatment and ultimately relief from this very common condition.

I'm also very interested in hearing from anyone regarding this condition. So, if your a sufferer, or know a sufferer; if you've found a solution to ease your suffering and are willing to share your experience then please .
